I work with individuals in many different industries and at various stages of their career to unlock their potential. Change can often be overwhelming, so much so that it can stop us from moving forward. Coaching focuses on helping you to forge a path that makes you want to get out of bed, even on a dreary January morning. We will work together to really understand what drives you, we'll get comfortable with your fears, discover what inspires you and create a clear vision for the next chapter of your career.
LIFE
We're just a collection of wobbly cells, trying to do our best. What else makes us human? You'll have your own unique perspective and that's what Sunny Inside coaching is for, to help you celebrate what makes you you and bring you closer to it. We'll work together to tap into what makes you feel happy, we'll identify areas of your life you want to change and build a sustainable plan of actions to create lasting change. We'll focus on unpacking the obstacles that are limiting the way you think, feel and get you focused on a sunny path to move forward. The beauty of life is no one human is the same, you can only be you, so let's bring out the best version there is.
PARENTHOOD
Are you a new parent navigating your new role? Are you looking to return to work after parental leave or time focused on family? Are you conflicted by your definition of success, or suffering with a lack of identity? Being a parent is a beautifully complicated journey, one that impacts every facet of our world. Our navigation of these new pastures doesn't need to happen alone. I work with men and women who are ready to rediscover their true selves and invest in their own fulfilment. Parents often find themselves lost in the melee, we often just need the space to be guided, supported and challenged on what we want next.
